Welcoming Alan Smith, local Commandant of South West Region Air Cadets, Group Captain Mike Remlinger explained: “Refurbishment of this crew room for No 3 Air Experience Flight will make for a much more enjoyable experience when our Air Cadets are here for flying. I am so grateful to the RAF Charitable Trust who helped make this possible and who, over the years, have now provided well over £1million in support of many other ACO projects.” After talking to cadets about their flying training and many other Air Cadet adventurous and sporting activities over a mug of crew room tea, Alan Smith concluded: [caption id="attachment_7333" align="alignleft" width="300"]Mr Alan Smith, a trustee of RAF Charitable Trust (left) in conversation with cadets.
